No. Unlike traditional career counseling based on tests scores and profile interpretations, career counseling focuses on the client's unique career experiences and the subsequent actions built by them
Career Design Counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental, and unbiased space where your career concerns can be discussed with the counselor. Thus this will give a reframed perspective to your career dilemma, eventually leading to solution possibilities. Career design counseling also provides a life portrait-based assessment constructed using inputs from the client's life experiences (elicited through a questionnaire in the first session) and thoughtful consideration of the client's career dilemmas. After the first session, the counselor provides a document summarising the session discussion along with a few pointers for the client to reflect on during session gaps
