I am a Career Design Counselor who guides professionals in addressing the career dilemmas they tend to encounter at different stages of their careers.

I have specialized in a niche career intervention called Life Design Counseling. This process guides professionals to reflect on their career-life journeys aiding them in viewing their career challenges from a reframed perspective. You wil be able to arrive at practical and implementable solutions for your dilemmas and initiate a career redirection.

I have had corporate IT experience of close to 15yrs, having grown from a role of software Trainee to Senior Consultant and worked with various companies in Bangalore.

Subsequently, I transitioned my career to follow my passion for learning psychology and craft a career path for myself in this field. I am a certified mental counselor and completed my Masters’ in Psychology specializing in counseling. I have served as a mental health counselor and student counselor for schools/organizations.

My decade-long corporate experience intertwined with my counseling skills, along with experiencing a mid-career dilemma myself while I was at the crossroads of shifting my careers, have built my conviction on the application of Life Design Counseling as a practical and valuable intervention for professionals.

My clientele consists of professionals across various industry sectors, IT, Manufacturing, Aerospace, etc. I am also working towards publishing my novel research in a reputed academic journal.
